Kaleb Long and his team completely screwed me and my family over. I expressed my concerns to him about my coming separation from the military, and how that would impact the loan. He brushed it off as no issue. He was supposed to set up an appraisal, and told me that my realtor should be getting a call from the company soon. Over a week went by and we got no call from an appraisal company. Trying to get in contact with Kaleb was nearly impossible UNLESS I spoke about going to another lender. He kept giving me the run-around, stating that they should be calling soon. One Friday, less than 2 weeks from when my family and I were to move 1000 miles away, Kaleb called with concerns about me getting out of the Navy. HE HADN'T EVEN PROCESS TO THE APPRAISAL YET BECAUSE OF THIS. He told me the appraisal had been done, but it turned out that they had been worried about my financial situation for a few weeks and just said nothing to me about it. Now, my family and I are likely not only NOT purchasing the home, and we lost a $2,000 earnest check, and have no place to go once we get back home. That 2k could have been used in a rental, but now we don't even have that. I see plenty of great reviews on this company, but to Mr.Long and his team, I will NEVER do work with this company again.

He is extremely well educated on the VA Home Loan process and has the most amazing customer service skills.
