It is utterly ridiculous that I can cash a check and have the money in hand, yet if I deposit it I have zero access to my funds. Same check, big difference. It should be common courtesy to inform customers of this practice, especially when they have an account and agreements in place with the business issuing the check. After six years and multiple referrals, I will be happily taking my business elsewhere and advising others to do the same thanks to this lackluster customer service.
