Elva is simply wonderful! We were referred to Elva by our fantastic realtor Tamika Ellsworth and were completely blown away once we connected! We had been meeting with a different broker that wasn't giving us many options or approaches for our very specific needs. The first phone conversation I had with Elva, I knew we had to have her help us. She worked day in and day out to help my husband and I purchase our first home with limited funds. She told us about different programs we could qualify for and what exactly we needed and when we needed it. She was extremely informative and yet still very warm and welcoming. She ended up having us close on our home with a conventional loan within about a month of finding the house. She is amazing! Her and her team are fast, accurate, and know what they are doing. You really know they have your best interest at heart. I look forward to referring all of my friends to have her make their dreams come true just like she did for us. Thank you Elva!!

Elva is simply amazing! A miracle worker! She is the SOLE reason that I’m moving into my home today. My deal was practically dead in the water, before she cane along! She has a TON of different lenders that she works with that make finding the right deal for your situation an almost certainty! I will work with her again & recommend her to everyone that I know that’s in need of a home loan! A+++++
