I do not recommend anyone to use their property management services. Due to their negligence, the tenants managed to rack up $60,000 in damages on my property over a 6 month period. The assigned property manager was unresponsive throughout this period. I do not regret moving to another property management company because the new company took 4 months to complete the tasks that needed to be done for my property to be rented again compared to what this company wasn't able to do in 9 months. I wish this organization luck and I hope the senior management takes action to ensure their business is no longer dragged by an an individual property manager in the future as I was not the only one who has suffered monetarily.
