This company is A+ all the way!!! From the moment I walked in Jon the lead guy in the company was super informative, professional, and gung-ho to make sure we had what me and my family needed to get our first home. He was available even during late hours and went above and beyond the call of duty to help us get approved and for that I can't thank them enough. The secretary is super nice and fun on the phone and Rachel (AKA-the organizer) makes sure you don't pull your hair out in the crazy process of buying a home. Rachel also went above and beyond the call of duty and would take calls and answer questions even when out of the office. The team was always helpful, informative, polite, and they are a group that is fun and easy to get along with. I visited both the Sarasota and Punta Gorda offices during my journey and both were very clean and well maintained. The team was so on point we even closed 5 days early on our home and I couldn't be more EXCITED! They also got me a awesome interest rate to add the great experience. If you are looking to buy a home in the near future I would highly recommend working with the Vandyke group, they will take care of you above your expectations. Thanks guys!

Jon and his staff did an amazing job assisting me with my financial needs! They stayed in constant contact and kept the ball rolling all through the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be using Vandyk Mortgage in the future!! Thanks again to all of you!
