Chris Redmann was not helpful in the home buying process. He was extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Canceling last minute, failing to send time sensitive paper work, difficult to get ahold of and not responding for days. Was not available to discuss inspection of home or attend closing. When I voiced my concerns about our nearing loan commitment date and worried I wasn't going to have all paper work done, he wasn't concerned and said "you can find another house". If it wasn't for an extremely helpful loan officer I wouldn't have been able to purchase my home.
