Fairway Ford is so great!! My car door stopped latching on the way home from a beach trip and I just happened to stop in Burgaw. It was a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend and they were busy! They switched their schedule around so I wouldn't have to drive back from Durham the following week, and take off work and have to juggle kids! I will forever love them for making my life a ton easier!

On multiple occasions I have reached out to Fairway Ford for help with my Ford truck and they have not helped me one time. And it hasn't just been my experience alone. My husband has also had no luck getting any assistance from them and my son has also had no good experience with them. They have literally on multiple occasions flat-out refused to help us, or even look at our vehicles. After my husband was turned away today he called Bill Carone Ford dealership in Wallace and the guy was so pleasant there and told him to come in right away and you would get them taken care of.
