When we bought our car a few months ago, we were already very pleased with the service we received from Central Bank Vice President of Consumer Loans, Scott Jacobson. He had adviced us to purchase the warranty for our vehicle, and we are so happy that we did! Last week, I took the vehicle in for a routine oil change, and the Toyota service technician told me about a bad leak in the timing chain cover. It was a BIG fix that we were absolutely not expecting or able to pay for at the time. I called Scott, and he immediately emailed over the warranty to the service technician. Our service technician was blown away at the speed of response from the warranty company, the ease of working with them, and the coverage they offered. He told me that he was astonished at how easy they were to work with. Most warranty companies have to send out an adjuster to make sure the problem is "worst case scenario" and make sure that it was absolutely necessary. But not with us! The adjuster just needed Aaron to send a picture of the damage to document and he had the car back to me within 2 days! In the mean time, they covered a rental car for me to drive. We didn't have to wait on an adjuster to come which really sped up the process. We ended up saving over $2,500 with our warranty, all we had to pay for on the repairs was the fluid and taxes. THAT'S IT! I was blown away, and so was the service technician. I am so grateful that Scott had the conversation with us about the warranty, because it was an absolute God-send for our new family last week! If you have the option to get this warranty, you will NOT regret it. Go see Scott Jacobson, he will take amazing care of you. He goes above and beyond and we are so thankful we chose Central Bank of Branson!
