Speaking of interest, Tom was able to get me a great rate that I am very happy with! I had purchased a house at an estate auction and had 30 days to close on the loan. We had to wait for the inspection to be completed which took a few days away from Tom being able to work on my loan, but he worked around it. There were a few holdups during the process (delay of getting appraisal due to seller) but he made sure to do what he could to speed things up as much as possible. He kept up with the underwriting process and let me know where we were and what we needed to get things done! He definitely got it done! He works hard for his clients, and if you do the same for him, it only makes things easier. All in all, he got my loan completed (from app day to 'approved day') in less than 30 days which is unheard of. Tom has a client for life in me.
