Extremely helpful and was always available when we had questions. Really helped us understand what we could afford and work with. Tim is a great guy and would highly recommend him to anyone. As first time buyers he made the whole process very simple and as stress free as possible.

Tim Knuppel was truly outstanding! He was available for anything I needed at any time. I appreciated his diligence and professionalism. I was treated as if I were his only client and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. Thanks again Tim!
