I cannot say enough what a wonderful experience it was working with Lisa and Lydia at Superior. This was not my first purchase of a home, and I have refinanced once to a shorter term AND opened a HELOC. My interaction with Lisa and Lydia was far more efficient and hassle-free in comparison to the prior three transactions. They were responsive, communicative and clear on what we would need to close quickly on our new home. The seller wanted to close within 45 days of our contract and we were able to get it done thanks to Lydia and Lisa. They stayed in touch with me regarding rates and "nagged" me to get all the documents in 10 days prior to closing so there would be no last minute rush. Our closing was therefore calm and peaceful.
