Jason Madden was excellent, he was available on a Friday night and gave the buyer a last minute pre approval, we were in competition with an offer the was already countered to another buyer, the listing agent had not heard back from the buyer and was willing to look at our offer, mu buyer was unsure if he was conformable with the offering close to asking I contacted Jason, he ran the numbers spoke to the buyer gave pre approval, listing agent was so impressed with our timely response our offer was accepted. Turned out the other buyer was waiting for there lender who was off until the after Mondays holiday , it was Friday evening. We even closed a week earlier.
