Brandon Miller is the best! I'm so thankful we had him for this process. I was a nervous wreck at the beginning, because I'm naturally a person who worries about everything, but Brandon was very reassuring and went above and beyond the call of duty. I can think of any business where after 11PM several hours past regular business hours, you can get someone who is willing to call you, explain things to you, and guide you through paperwork. I have never experienced this level of customer service in my life and I have had some pretty good experiences, but no one has been this dedicated. My husband and I were extremely thankful for Brandon's assistance. He followed up frequently and kept us on track with all of our paperwork. Responses were always fast and at any given time I knew where we were and what was next. After some time the worry decreased greatly because I'd finally accepted that we were in excellent hands and whatever came up Brandon would get us through it. I had initially spoke with several banks and another mortgage company, but I felt way more comfortable with Brandon and Michael upon first meeting them. I'm truly thankful for all of the help that we received. I couldn't imagine having anyone else help us. Thank you Brandon and Michael!

Michael Brewbaker has made this first time home buying experience so much better for us. We went into this process knowing very little about where to even start.Finding a house to love is very draining but you’ll feel safe knowing he’ll take care of the financial side of things.
