My mortgage was sold to this company almost 20 years ago. I didn’t have a choice back then. Now that I do I would never choose them for financing. My loan is due at the 1st of the month and goodness knows if I forget(NEVER more than 5 days late) they will call me daily. I mean really? The note is almost 20 freaking YEARS OLD. I’m either A) going to keep paying you or B) sell it and pay you. Calm down.
