They provided me a great deal with great customer service. My loan officer was very helpful and very informative every step of the way. He was able to crush the competition's numbers! Their communication was magnificent. I would use their services again.

It was a stressful and miserable time in my life... A few short months after buying a house with my so-called wife (now EX, thank god!) I had to refinance to get her name off it. I shopped around. Garden State had among the best rates, sure... But most importantly they were communicative and responsive, despite the fact that I did nag them a bit (again, it was a dark miserable phase of life). Eventually we closed the deal. ZERO PROBLEMS. The Garden State folks (at least the ones I dealt with) aren't necessarily overly-nice like some other outfits, but they are nice enough, GOOD at what they do, and EFFICIENT at it. If you borrow or refinance through Garden State Loans, you are in for a nice, smooth, money-saving ride! 🏘️
