I felt that he actually cared if I got the loan and did everything to make the loan process easier.

This is my 2nd transaction with PRMG, specifically PJ Villardo and I cannot say enough good things about this company and PJ. Getting a mortgage is a stressful process, but when you have people that are responsive, helpful and go above and beyond...stay with them, refer them and write reviews about them. PJ even helped get my credit score raised to qualify for better rates, closed the loan in 25 days, which is 6 days early and I could go on and on. If you are looking for a reputable, honest, CARING and on the money team, PRMG, PJ and the lovely Ophelia Nicholson (processor, ask for her specifically...she's a rockstar), you won't regret it. I work with the business community every day and it is rare, especially in South Florida to find the type of people that PRMG and this branch employ.
