I went to see Mike House expecting him to tell me what I needed to do over the next year to get myself into a position to buy our first house. After 15 minutes and some number crunching, he gave me an amount that I was pre-approved for on the spot! I couldn't believe it! We started looking immediately and fell in love with a house. We ran into some hurdles during the process because of the type of loan (VA), but Mike bent over backwards and jumped through hoops to keep us on the path to owning a home. 2-3 months later, we became first time homeowners! Mike worked with us on a personal level through the entire process! Highly recommended!
