Dealing with James has been the most unpleasant stressful business dealings our family has ever had. I encourage anyone planning on looking at any of his listings to engage a buyers realtor to protect their interests. Mr Arena assured us he would fairly represent both the buyer and seller and unfortunately this was absolutely not the case.

James is the best broker I know. He is extremely knowledgable in real estate transactions and a great negotiator! I recommend him if you're looking to list your home on the market!
