The staff is incredibly approachable and has helped me in so many more ways than just managing deposits

Lol what are these hours? These are bad by BANK hours, and that's saying something. Also, their online services are horrid too. Can't do things (like loan payments online) like the other banks I've used. I'm close to refinancing my loan at a higher rate just to get away from this bank.
