I went to mortgage solutions for a loan because I bank with Vantage and that is who they use. I submitted an "pre-approval" application. When I received a response it was to request all the things required for the loan such as W2, paystubs, etc. When I called with questions a few days later the loan originator hadn't even submitted my information through the system. Long story short, I was given a pre-qualification which is NOT same thing. I had to find out after I had a contract on a home that I still wasn't pre-approved. At this point it I had wasted 1 month, I switched companies and have not had any issues since.

This place is not professional at all they don't call back or email you back lie about doing they job and some more will not be doing business with them again I wouldn't recommend them to nobody
