I’ve been here a long time and I’ve always experienced great customer service! Anytime I’ve needed help they always have someone to walk me through every step and explain exactly what is going on.

Showed money was in my account. Withdrew the money and now my account is in the negatives. I asked why my account was in the negatives when it showed the money was in my account and received the answer of, "our systems are down at that time". I banked here for over 3 years and not once was told that their systems are down at night. So now because of their mistake I have to pay back money that was in my account. The teller also laughed when I confirmed that I had to pay the money back for their mistake.
