I've always felt grilled and under scrutiny by lenders before but at Cornerstone, I felt like we were a team and that they really cared about a successful and pleasant experience. Communication was outstanding, support was amazing and so appreciated and they were truly a class act throughout the entire process. Leslie Garner was the one who oversaw the whole process but everyone in the office was able to step in and help so that I was never left without communication. Katie was outstanding in coordinating all the documents and fielding my questions. They have an online secure portal that made submission of documents and keeping track of the timeline very easy. I can't speak highly enough of this team of professionals. I feel like I have some new friends!
