Just did a refinance with them. We had our first loan with them and worked with Gene Jr. He was great! I saw rates were lower and emailed Gene. He always got back to me right away and was helpful as well as the rest of the staff. I'm not sure who Beatrice is like the other person mentioned. He had a bad experience but the 2 times I have worked with them it's been great. A couple friends have also used this place too.
