Very nice to work with. Closed very fast. Appraisal came in at least 40k under value. Appraisal service they used in Jax, Fl was way off. Some of her comps were 10 miles from our home. She was way off. Her square footage was less than what's on tax rolls. She called our sun porch that's part of our house with duct with, a back porch. Very disappointed in appraisal.
