Very pleased with the service provided by Tim and his team at Grandview Lending. Frequent, automatic emails showing where your application is all along the process. If there's an issue, Tim is right on top of it and contacts you to resolve anything that may hinder the process. Highly recommended!

I am highly suspicious of these reviews.5 stars out of 200? Not Possilbe. I own several investment properties in ID, CA and MO. I have been looking at investing in IN and contacted this company. I was outright lied to and given the runaround for days. I would say that it was one of the least professional experiences I have had in my investing experience.
