We placed an offer on a property and we were told it was accepted. We waited several weeks for Linda to prepare the contracts as the original realtor had family issues. Linda never returned any phone calls or emails from our agent. We moved on and bought another home and are quite happy. Shame that those owners lost a lot of money as that property recently sold for 28k less than we offered. Caldwell Banker rocks!

I want to take a minute to RAVE about Adrienne, Danny, and their boss Linda! My Husband and I recently contacted Weildel Real Estate interested in renting a property. Adrienne is the realtor who contacted us back. This woman has gone above and beyond for us. She took the time to show us every property we asked to see, and there were A LOT! If Adrienne wasn't available on a specific day to show us a home Danny was right there to show it. Once we decided on a home she continued to go above and beyond for us. The company who had the contract on the home was very difficult to say the least, and Adrienne took on all the burden of making sure that we were going into a secure home.
