I talked to several lenders and in the end, Jenny at Waterstone Mortgage was the only one who was able to get me a loan for my house. She was very personable as well as knowledgeable. She did make the process easy and kept me informed the entire time. I will only use her services from now on.

I would do one star if I could. We have them permission to check our credit score ONCE for one home that we have since decided not to purchase. They continued to check our score 3 more times, dropping our score lower and lower every time. My husband called and told them they never received our permission to do this and it was hurting our credit. They said sorry and that they would stop. They checked several more times after that call! They’re a horrible company that we will never do business with again. Don’t contact these people or THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR INFORMATION. Waterstone is awful!!
