When I had to buy my first house I didn't know who to ask to in order get the mortgage I needed. As I always do I started googling around and I found Greenback Capital. I saw the house I wanted in the end August 26 and I was in my new home by the end of September. In about a month I was able to close!!! The process was quite smooth and quick, I had been able to submit all the documents I needed via email (which was very convenient) and Carl was very helpful explaining me every step.
