Based on the comment bellow from Nicholas Butler----that complained about Steve . I actually Edited this message after reading Nicholas Butler's post. I personally actually wrote this message because I think Steve did a great job. I' am happy with the outcome. In fact, it exceeded my expectation. In addition, I didn't even know they gave us a gift for doing so, whether they do or don't my gift is having a home and the right loan for me and my family. You shouldn't be frustrated, what do you expect. I believe that Steve have the right connections! I learned that the more connection the person who helps you have, the better chance you have at finding a home and the best deal you'll find. Steve has that connection! If you want to have a lower rate than expected or at most as expected then Steve's team is the team! Very educational! I actually learned a lot about loans because of what he gave me! He re-directed me to the right person and gave me the right information I needed when I asked a question!
