When they were NOIC they were amazing but since switching to "Union Home Mortage", they've went down the drain. We have not missed a mortage payment and yet every month they keep saying we have. We even gave proof, we've paid. Yet every month they won't stop harassing us. I'm not paying over 1000$ a month when my mortage is only 565$, then they wanna charge me a late fee. How's there a late fee when my mortage was sent 2 weeks in advance? Wish they never switched to this company

The mortgage process was great no problems, fast, friendly, professional. I'm really upset the mortgage was sold to Wells Fargo before the first payment was due. God only knows what kind of mortgage shenanigans are in my future now. Update: previously known as NOIC when I applied
