The branch staff as well as staff working the toll free customer service telephone line are helpful and professional. I kept this same bank after I moved and the transfer was very easy. The dispute research/investigation team and management have always resolved issues and helped me get a refund from unauthorized transactions by companies or individuals.

The employees here (First Commonwealth Blairsville, Pa)are always very helpful and kind.. Even when you think that you're being a pain for them, they never make you feel that way. They take their job and your money seriously. And at the end of the day, you end up feeling that they are your friends because they really do care about their customers -you can tell that just from watching them interact with them.. You're never pressured into anything by them.. Before coming to this bank/branch I always dreaded going to the bank.. Yuck! But now, i dont mind going! Thanks to them, doing my banking isnt such a boring stressful chore anymore :)
