Deborah had my buyers pre approved before we even started looking at homes in order to put our best foot forward with offers in a highly competitive market. As soon as my client's offer was accepted Deborah successfully came through with an 18 day close! There is no doubt this put us ahead of the pack against other offers knowing we would truly be able to close quickly before end of month, helping both the buyers and sellers.
