Five stars for consistently excellent customer service. It is a pleasure to do banking with Toni, Myrlene, Jammie, Yolene, or any of the other personable tellers at this branch location.

I called to inquire about business accounts but the rep did not understand English. Not sure if it was the call center or a branch rep. I tried explaining multiple ways but she couldn’t understand. After asking that I not be transferred and would like to explain AGAIN she interrupted me by putting me on hold to transfer me.
