Would have given them 5 stars. However, a lady who works there recently asked me if I was chasing away all the people in my town bacause a certain street in that town had houses for sale on it. Now I don't know if she realizes this, but there is only one house on that street for sale and the person selling that house happens to be my mother. I suggest that you tread carefully when you decide to make an ad hominem joke about your customer(s), or better yet, just keep your snarky comments to yourself. Next time I WILL speak to your manager, and I WILL close my accounts and TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Edit: thank you to the owner for your response. I would also like to add that the person I usually interact with at this bank has always treated me with kindness and respect.
