    Never had luck selling any homes with them. Had a home in BF on market for 380 days, with not 1 offer. Switched to Prudential aka Berkshire Hathaway in Beaver. Agent sold home in less than 1 week listing with her. She actually said she had multiple buyers for it over the year + it was on MLS, but my Howard Hanna agent never responded, nor told me any offers!! Do not waste your time, because time IS money!
