From a sellers point of view, STAY AWAY! If you see a buyer using 1st Securities, reject the offer immediately. The LO didn't properly qualify the buyer and delayed closing due to a dispute on the credit report. Amazingly, this issue didn’t get brought up until the very end! Then the LO emailed me and was condescending and made false claims about her success which is a form of comedy. If you like to miss deadlines and unprofessional experiences, then by all means, go here!
