Hari gave me a good APR, but he is too busy and was not locking the rate at the beginning till I paid the non refundable apparaisal fee. Lots of back and forth in getting the loan approval from lender but finally did before closing. Also wanted to change the home insurance but there was miscommunication with the lender and I have to continue with the higher rate insurance. Just a thank you mail after closing.
