I have been banking with them for years. Always friendly. Always willing to work with you. You feel like you matter and your not just a dollar amount like the feeling I had gotten for other big banks. Always busy. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes to see a teller but that's ok. That means other people recognize the quality of service the bank has to offer. Just plan a few extra minutes when I go. No biggie.

Farmers and Merchants did a wonderful job assisting us with a very unique situation. Being a former banker I understand all the headaches with regulation and requirements. The staff assisted me with opening a temporary account for a foreign exchange student. This was a short-term - non-profitable account for them, but they always were available for assistance. I appreciate the customer service provided by them!
