When you have a question, emails are answered immediately, as well as phone calls. They provide you with team contact information and what things they may need right up front so there are no surprises that you need to find paperwork at the last minute. When you send information, you only have to send it ONCE! With other organizations it often feels like daily you are sending something, and usually it is what you sent the day before.
