Iconic inn with lots of history. Recent renovations have changed the feel if you have been prior to the changes. The elevator is a welcome addition over fighting your luggage up the steps. Moving the registration desk to the ground level really changes the old lobby area though. It lacks people now and seems vacant and lost over what it once was. Don't expect much in terms of extra amenities though. The afternoon scones and tea are a nice touch. The staff is helpful and courteous. The dinner offerings are nothing special but well enough done. Only had dinner here. Our server was Latoya and I wish all servers in the world were like her! She had Michelin star quality! Food was also really good. Diversity in menu, some fusion plates, nice dessert options and very nice atmosphere!
