My sister and i both opened accounts today. Tara was excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly. A special thanks to tanya for taking care of my savings bonds. All staff great. from jeanne

I have my accounts at the Suntrust Stonecrest branch and the friendly, helpful staff there regularly send faxes for me, no questions asked. I moved back to Belleview recently and the staff at the Belleview Suntrust refused to send a one page fax for me. What a huge difference in the level of customer service! So I will drive 10 miles back down to Summerfield to do my banking. Ridiculous.
