Great home buying experience. We didn't know where to start, or even if we would qualify for a home loan, but we were ready to buy a house and start a home. A friend recommended Joel and he made it super easy to get approved to buy a home and explained to us all our options and answered every question we had on our initial meeting in his office. We just closed Friday and we are spending the weekend in our New House!!! Thanks again for all your hard work

We had a great first time Home buyer experience with Joel on our FHA loan that we just closed on in Louisville Kentucky. We moved from Cincinnati down to Louisville with husband's job transfer and we did not know who to use so we searched online and found him by chance. Great guy and very friendly with local knowledge .Definitely would recommend for a mortgage if you are buying your first house here locally in Louisville. ☺️
