The complete inability to perform such basic banking requests continues to amaze me each time I (unfortunately) have to enter to despot a check. Without getting into a rant, I noticed that in 4 months i've gotten a different , seemingly new, teller. please properly train them for handling affiliate banks (I've visited other Fultons that can help me no problem) and please keep in mind that professionalism goes a long long way in keeping customers, or at least making the best of a frustrating situation.

Employees are friendly however banking policies are frustrating. Very quick to hit you with remotely any possible fees. I had a savings account with less than the minimum balance but not negative. Until age 19 there is no fee. The day of my 19th birthday they hit me with a fee and sent me negative.
