    My experience at RMS, with loan officer Anthony Sadler... We met at his office and this referral came from my father in law. Who thought it was going to be a different person. Sadlers mentor, is whom we thought it would be. So the meeting at his office in Newark was in August. My husband initially tried for the loan . Was told by Sadler he had no credit score. So he ran my credit. The score was GOOD he verbally approved ME. Told us to find the house. We had the house in mind aleady. Just need the loan ,we gave both of are info to him in August . He was aware I was new at my job. He said no problem. He referred THE attorney to draw up seller's agreement. WE set the date for a meeting to close. Got all that PAPER WORK done Sadler advised me to. Weeks before the close date set for November 21st . Sadler informed me i need to get my job to make me salary.My husband has been at his job over five years . Just no credit . Long story short, he never explained many things. Dropped the ball and lied TO us. He never intented to give us the loan. He then made up all types reasons AND all of a sudden rules. NO loan, now a week at that time. Before closwd date. After HE verbally approved ME in AUGUST. . A lot of the things he told us, NOW finding out that he was NOT correct. He did not REALLY want to help us. Our first time buying a home processes...was terrible. Sadler left us looking unprofessional to the sellers . Gave us false hope and info, stuck us with highest APR. Didn't explain the process and explore the best rates. He handled are loan recklessly and non caring. Would NOT recommend him, unless your dynamic was NOT like my husband and I . 👎👎
