Kathy has been AWESOME through our whole process of searching, finding, deciding and closing on our property! Her kindness didn’t stop at the closing either! She has been instrumental in getting some of the post closing details worked out and never made us feel like we were a nuisance to her! I highly recommend Kathy Carey as your first rate realtor in BVS! 👍🏻

BVS Properties/Kathy has been a pleasure to rent with. She is prompt to respond to our concerns/questions and is always willing to work with both property owner and renter to ensure all parties have a hastle free experience. Her knowledge of the area has helped me and my husband become familiar with the BVS community. We are grateful to have found BVS Properties when we did. Look forward to continuing the professional/friendly relationship.
