After 26 years as a member, they refused to help with consolidating loans. Went to Royal Credit Union, explained what was happening, and their responce was "You are not the first one they have done this too". Within a month, I closed all westconsin accounts and went to RCU. Will never go back to westconsin, and will eagerly share my horrible experience.
