Not going into details, but they had 7 months to figure things out as my house was being built. Waited last minute to crunch numbers and screwed me on selling my home. Instead of leasing or selling, had to do the guaranteed purchase if I wanted my new home and down $6,000 because of their laziness and lack of knowledge or caring. I love our home with lennar, building was great. But I suggest everyone to use someone else. Next time if Eagle is the only option, I’ll build with someone else.
