Due to raised property taxes our current monthly payment with another lender increased by over $200. We called Fellowship to refinance and spoke to Kevin. He was super nice and helpful from the beginning. After giving us options we did mention that we plan to sell our home next summer. Kevin just wanted to make sure we knew how much refinancing would add on to our balance even though it helped our monthly cash flow. This speaks volumes of this company and its employees. As a Christian, he was more concerned about us then making a sell. While we decided not to refinance I have to sing the praises of this man and this company.
