Completamente decepcionado de ustedes, pensé que eran serios, estuve cuatros meses esperando una respuesta se hizo todo el proceso, incluso fui pre aprobado, revisaron de inicio mi crédito y ya para cerrar con todo listo para establecer una fecha me salieron con que no aplicaba por dos atrasos de 30 días que tuve en una cuenta que ya está cerrada, entiendo las políticas que se manejan pero igual justifique las razones por la cual fue mi atraso y se dio debió a que mi mama estaba atravesando en mi País un Cancer de Limfoma No Hosking etapa 4, me parece tan inhumano de parte de ustedes que esto no lo hayan visto como una razón justificable cuando uno de hijo mayor lo que más desea es ayudar también a su familia y en este caso a la mama que dio y da la vida por nosotros, me entristece saber que habiendo tantas personas malas y que quizás al día de hoy les esté quedando mal con los préstamos le cierren la puerta a unas personas que lo único que buscaban era un sueño de tener su casa, gracias por la ilusión que nos hicieron tener a la fecha y al mismo tiempo por habernos dejado con todo preparado para nuestra mudanza y prácticamente en la calle ya que habíamos traspasado nuestro apartamento. Y ustedes ninguna llamada como si no les importara el daño ocasionado todo por el mal análisis de sus empleados a la hora de chequear los créditos y todo al inicio del proceso. Amigos les dejo este comentario y para los que me entiendan no es difamación simplemente una decepción de una compañía que jugó con la ilusiónes de una familia.
