I wish I could rate it less then a star this is the only branch that I have met a manager like Jennifer Rhymes that has always treated me and my family terribly we have been members for years and loyal customers and to have her give me attitude and belittle me, is unacceptable. I'm very disappointed that I waited for an hour in the lobby to be told by her that I should have just waited in the teller line. Rudy she told me that it was very easy to tell the difference between the Christmas club and a regular savings account. But when she looked up my account, she did half to agree there was no description written to destinguish the 2 savings accounts. The manager going to process my translation and made me wait another 10 minutes in the lobby while she talked with her staff to have me then go to the teller line and have to explain the whole ordeal that I had discussed with her already and I had thought that she was taking care of it but all I got was apologies from the teller and not even a smile from Jennifer rhymes. Me and my family will never go back to this branch. We will start going out of our way to go to Sebring where we always get treated nicely. IF YOU DONT MINT GETTING TREATED BADLEY THEN THIS IS A PLACE FOR YOU.

It just took 45 minutes to do a foreign deposit that my home branch can do in one minute. I was told by the manager that they didn't know how to do them. This is unacceptable, you are a financial institution and should know every procedure and how to do every transaction. I have been a member for over 25 years and this is the first time I have ever had a bad experience with Mid Florida.
